We coordinate every departure with local partners, on-site support, and established ground transportation. Itineraries are planned with guest safety as the first priority, and our team stays in close communication throughout your stay.

Question 2

What does the package price actually cover?

Accepted Answer

The package covers round-trip airfare from Miami to Cap-Haïtien (including a checked bag), 6 nights at Le Marien Hotel in Fort-Liberté, daily meals and selected beverages, airport and ground transfers, scheduled excursions including Citadelle Laferrière and Sans-Souci Palace, beach and leisure activities, entertainment, and on-site support.

A rotation is our year-round weekly departure format. It combines the core Northern Haiti experiences — culture, history, beaches, food, and music — into a repeatable itinerary with weekly departures.

Question 4

What does the $300 deposit do?

Accepted Answer

The $300 deposit reserves your spot on a selected departure. It is applied toward your total package price and is non-refundable, though eligible amounts can be issued as a travel credit for a future chosen experience.

Question 5

When is the balance due?

Accepted Answer

The remaining balance is typically due 30 days before departure. Your booking confirmation will include the exact final balance due date for your selected package.

Accepted Answer

Yes. Round-trip airfare from Miami to Cap-Haïtien is included, along with one checked bag per traveler.

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. Many guests arrange their own flights to Miami and join the group departure from there. Contact us if you need guidance on timing or connections.

Accepted Answer

Solo travelers should select single occupancy. You can also contact us about roommate matching or group options when available.
